HEALTHY WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM "DARE2FIT"

I had been brisk walking 60 minutes every morning ever since I retired but I wasn’t losing any weight or inches instead I was putting on weight day by day. One day in a mall I was shocked and embarrassed to see myself in the changing room mirror, I hurried back home and checked my weight and to my utter surprise, I was 81 kgs with 41” waistline. It was May 2021 That day I took a solemn pledge and decided to come to my ideal weight and shape. Since I am logic and practicality driven person , I decided to understand nutrition and fitness first. I joined a Diploma in applied nutrition and a diploma in personal training from NFNA. I have learnt a lot about weight management within a month in the course and I applied everything I was learning on myself. I started my weight loss journey in July 2021. I lost 3 kgs in the first month and by Feb 2022, I was weighing 61 kgs and my waistline dropped from 41” to 30”. My transformation made me realize age is no bar if your weight loss and fitness program is based on healthy and scientific principles. I never used to think in my wildest of dreams that one day I can become a fitness trainer especially as a dance -cardio , dance- aerobic , body weight workouts and light Jumba trainer at this age. The compliments and admiration I got made me decide to help everyone, who is interested in weight management/weight loss and achieve their dream body, shape, and fitness. This vision and idea of mine gave birth to Dare2fit Healthy and Scientific Weight Management Program. Since then I have been helping many clients to achieve their weight loss journey with a sentiment: Fit Nation is our Mission.

I got inspired by seeing the excitement of my husband with his dream body, I decided to start my weight management journey with Dare2fit under the guidance and mentorship of my husband Col (retd) Maheswar Mohanty, the founder of Dare2fit. I was never a foodie and was always conscious about my portion. But I was gradually putting on weight. People said it’s happening because of the age. When I attended the master class of Dare2fit, I believed and realized why I was putting on weight. This helped me to develop a strong mindset and belief that I can achieve my dream shape. I was 74 kgs when I started in May 2022. It took me 7 months and by Nov 2022, I reached  60 kgs which is my ideal weight goal. Now I am very happy and keep getting tons of compliments from friends and family. They say I am looking younger and fitter day by day. I have been enjoying my new found health and shape. When I started I was pre-diabetic with hypertension and was not able to workout with my husband for even 10 min. Now my blood glucose is below 100, my BP is 130/ 90 and I am able to do workout with dare2fit for nonstop 45 min. Hello, I am Vijay Lakshmi. Thanks to Dare2fit and my mentor Col (Retd) Maheswar Mohanty I am able to see my husband happy again. I was quite upset because of my shape and weight. My husband is so loving, he never complained about my shape. But I know he was hurt from the inside. Then I came across Dare2fit health and scientific weight management program through my friend. Hi I am Umakanta, I was extremely inspired by physical transformation Col Maheswar Mohanty after following Dare2fit on FB. I took his advice and enrolled myself in the weight management & Health transformation program. I weighed 120kgs and was suffering from many health challenges such as diabetes, Hypertension and severe joint pains, I had also experienced a minor heart attack. As a last resort in absolute desperation, I reached out to Col Mohanty from Dare2fit through FB and enrolled into their health transformation program in May 2023. It took me some time to follow as I was not used to physical working out and mindful eating let alone have any knowledge about nutrition. Now I am 90 kgs in weight. I dropped 30 kgs in just 12 months and my blood sugar also dropped from 260/320 to 200/240 and my blood pressure dropped from 240/140 to 200/100 by Apr 2024. Hi I am Kashinath Behera, a financial planner and investment advisor. I have been following Dare2fit on FB, inspired by his fitness journey and contacted him on phone. Then I came to know about his weight loss and fitness journey. Also came to know that he is a certified Nutritionist and fitness trainer. My profession entails lots of traveling, irregular & prolonged working hours, and eating outside. Hi ! This is Pratyashi P M . I came to know about Dare2fit Healthy & Scientific weight management program under the mentorship of Col M Mohanty through my friend. I have been trying to manage my weight at a healthy level for the last  4 to 5 years.
